"you", "your", "user", "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Notify us immediately at contactbox@opuslabs.in if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. General

The content of the pages of this website is subject to change without notice.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on our website and/or product pages is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website and/or product pages meet your specific requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

Our website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, questions, analyses, knowledge graph data, and software. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service for personal exam preparation purposes only. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service.

All trademarks reproduced in our website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website. UPSC and all exam-related trademarks belong to their respective owners; Opus Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to UPSC or any government examination body.

Unauthorized use of information provided by us shall give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

5. Third-Party Links

From time to time our website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information.

You may not create a link to our website from another website or document without Opus Labs' prior written consent.

6. Digital Services

Opus Labs provides digital services including but not limited to the UPSC Analytics platform. Access to premium features is available through one-time purchase (₹349) or subscription plans (Monthly at ₹399/month or Annual at ₹1699/year). Service availability, pricing, and features may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the applicable pricing and auto-recurring billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any Service content to third parties.
• Sharing your account credentials with other users or allowing multiple individuals to use a single account.
• Scraping, crawling, automated data extraction, or any programmatic access not explicitly authorized by Opus Labs.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service or its underlying technology.
• Unauthorized API access, or attempts to harvest, copy, or redistribute platform content (including but not limited to question data, user data, analytics, knowledge graph data, and topper marksheet data).
• Circumventing access controls, rate limits, encryption, or content protection mechanisms.
• Using the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Service for other users.

Violation of these provisions will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining access or subscription balance. Opus Labs reserves the right to pursue legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of costs, under applicable laws of India.

8. Prelims Playground & PYQ Playground Access

Access to the Prelims Playground and PYQ Playground is available through the following plans:

• One-Time Access — ₹349, one-time payment. Grants full access until 26th May 2026.
• Monthly Plan — ₹399/month, auto-renewing. Grants full access for 30 days from each billing date.
• Annual Plan — ₹1699/year, auto-renewing. Grants full access for 365 days from each billing date.

Subscriptions are processed via Razorpay and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Users who purchased one-time access at a previous price retain their access until 26th May 2026, after which a subscription is required to continue using premium features.

PYQ Mixer Tests — PYQ Mixer is available to all users. Free-tier users receive a limited base quota (1 Full Length Test + 1 Sectional Test, lifetime). Subscription plan users receive higher base quotas that reset each billing period.

PYQ Mixer Add-on Packs — All users (free and paid) may purchase Add-on Packs to increase their available test credits. Each Add-on Pack includes 8 Full Length Tests and 8 Sectional Tests, valid for 30 days from purchase. Add-on credits stack on top of existing base quota. Add-on purchases are one-time, non-recurring payments processed via Razorpay.

Free-tier users receive a limited number of questions and skips. Once the free quota is exhausted, users may purchase an add-on pack or subscribe for continued access. We reserve the right to modify plan pricing, features, or availability at our discretion with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee any specific examination outcome or result from using our platform. Our analytics, insights, and question data are for preparation purposes only and should not be relied upon as predictive of actual exam results.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opus Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination for cause, you forfeit any remaining subscription balance or access credits. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
